Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure and software deployment projects including server room facilities, servers, backup systems, and communication networks.
- Proactively monitor network and system performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Design and implement scalable system architectures, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Assist with IT network infrastructure setup and integration for new business entities, supporting company growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and project milestones.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Candidates with a degree / higher diploma in IT or a related field are preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and project roles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware, and best practices in network, server, and security environments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
• Team Player: Someone who enjoys working in a team environment, sharing knowledge, and can also work independently when required.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, essential for effective communication.
